What the backend would do in production

01Understand symptom, doctor, hospital, city, pincode, and preferred time.
02Check hospital, clinic, doctor, specialty, and OP slot availability.
03Suggest nearest matches when the requested slot is unavailable.
04Confirm booking, send token, map link, preparation notes, and reminders on WhatsApp.
