They do not govern any commercial engagement we enter into with you to architect, deploy, or operate AI systems on your behalf — those engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or equivalent), which prevails over these terms in case of any conflict.

Bite Binary is a brand operated by buymeawork.com LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with LLPIN AAV-3482 and registered office at Kodakara, Kerala, India — 680684. References in these terms to "we", "us", or "our" mean buymeawork.com LLP acting under the Bite Binary brand. References to "you" or "your" mean the individual or organization accessing the website.

03Use of the site

You may access and use the website for lawful, personal, and ordinary business purposes — to learn about what we do, read our writing, and contact us. The website is provided to you free of charge.

05Live demos

The Aural Intelligence and Neural Vision demonstrations on our homepage may request access to your microphone or camera, respectively. These demonstrations are illustrative only. They run locally in your browser, are not recorded, and are not transmitted to our servers. They are not intended to provide any operational, diagnostic, or decisional capability and you should not rely on them for any real-world purpose.

You may withdraw camera or microphone access at any time through your browser settings. The demonstrations will then cease to function until access is granted again.

06Intellectual property

The Bite Binary brand — including the name "Bite Binary", the toggle-pill logo, "The Monolith", "I.R.A.H", the visual identity, and the written content of this website (essays, descriptions, taglines, and copy) — is the intellectual property of buymeawork.com LLP and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and trade-dress law.

You may quote short, attributed extracts from our written content for genuine commentary, criticism, journalism, academic research, or similar fair use, provided you (a) do not modify the meaning of the quoted material, (b) attribute it clearly to Bite Binary with a link back to the source page, and (c) do not use it in a way that suggests endorsement by us.
